We are open for applications!
We are approved to roleplay!

Allow me to restate the roleplaying rules of this forum:

1. There's never to be any God-moding* or Power playing*.
2. All ooc chat is to be in brackets
3. Roleplays must be accepted by a mod before the roleplay may begin.
4. No Double Posting please!
5. If your RP is denied for any reason you may ask why. Do not complain or start roleplaying if the roleplay is denied.
6. Do not make posts that are mega short, E.G: Ecko sat down and said "I'm bored."
7. No Eggspam*. It will not be tolerated.
8. If you Do something wrong on the roleplays then one of the admins or moderators will warn you.

Additional Rules made by me:
1. Your dragon cannot be 'the strongest or best ever.' Neither can your human. They must have weaknesses.
2. All dragons must be mature (but doesn't have to be on your DC scroll).
3. All humans MUST be 16 or older. (Not your real age)
4. Keep EVERYTHING PG-rated. No gore, or nastiness.
5. No offense, but please keep all posts more than 3 sentences long. Thanks.

*Don't know what this means?
Godmoding (sometimes incorrectly spelled as "godmodding") is a term used in message board based role-playing games to describe two behaviors of players. The term comes from the "god mode" found in many video games, allowing a player to activate features such as invincibility, unlimited ammunition or lives, or similar power boosts. Godmoding is almost always frowned upon by other members of the game, because it is regarded as a form of cheating against the game's tacit rules.

Power playing occurs in roleplaying, and it's when you control someone else's character, as well as your own, without the other person's permission.

Eggspam is when you beg others to click on your egg/hatcling/scroll so that it may grow up faster.

Now that the rules are set, here is the plot.

The year is 1529 on the unknown continent of Pyrilia. This continent is mostly woods and mountains, dotted by lakes and streaked with rivers. The plentiful sources of food are everywhere, ranging from berries to farms to wild animals to domesticated cows, chickens, and other goods. Towns flourish under King Takume and his beautiful queen, Atla. They were the royal couple who formed the Dragon Riders: human and dragon pairs that patrolled the skies and dealt with everyday problems, the dragon's speed able to reach emergencies faster than any horse. Peace ruled the land and all was good.

UNTIL...

A dark force of renengade riders have been forming, evil pairs of humans and dragons. The Captain of the Riders and her dragon, K'veka unite the riders to fight these evil beings. What will happen?

Human's Description: Jessica is a brown-haired female, with a fragile-as-steel look on her face. Her muscles are well toned, and there is always a knife or sharp object hidden inside of her clothing. She looks rather normal, except for her eyes. Her eyes are a vivid gold color, the only part of her that really stands out. Despite the fact that she looks intimidating, she is actually very kind.
Dragon's Description: K'veka is a magi dragon, vivid fire colors covering her strong, muscular body. She has known Jessica for a very long time, and she is quite protective of her. She is quite adept at magic, even more so because of her breed. She is excellent at flying as well, though not the best by far. K'veka is wise and mature, though she rarely speaks. When she does speak, it often has deep meaning and maturity.
